My experience with the haart team has been just great. From the moment George walked through the door to do the valuation right the way through to when Michelle gave me the good news that we had exchanged and completed. I used haart Thorpe Bay to sell my late mothers property, I am very happy with the service they provided. The branch manager there Perry, was always very helpful and easy to contact when needed, and very straightforward; always doing what he said he would do. The real star of the branch in my eyes however is Michelle, as I feel that even though I was obviously not her only client, she went over and above what anyone could reasonably expect. My sale dragged on somewhat because of an awkward leasehold arrangement, and Michelle was always on the phone chasing up solicitors on both sides of the sale and, most importantly keeping me and the buyer I believe constantly up to date via phone and email; it is the 21st century after all, especially when new developments transpired.
