We understand circumstances can change, and you may now want to start using your account again. I don’t think I’ve ever had an account, so why have you sent me this email?

Our records show that there is a My Rightmove account registered using the email address we emailed you about.  You may have set up your account well over 5 years ago, and we understand a lot changes in that time.  We would like to reassure you that your account, My Rightmove, has not had any activity on it, and has not been logged into for at least 5 years.

As long as you don’t log into the account prior to the deletion date, we’ll continue to delete the account on the deletion date outlined in your email.  If you do not believe you set up the account, please contact dpo@rightmove.co.uk, and we can investigate this for you.

I’m trying to log in, but my password isn’t working

Not to worry, we can help!
