Most of the sales in Bramley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £1,008,056. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £390,090 and flats averaged at £362,500.
Bramley, with an overall average price of £654,385 was more expensive than nearby Shalford (£608,725) and Farncombe (£401,679), but was cheaper than Shamley Green (£827,556).
In the past year house prices in Bramley were 3% down on the year before and similar to 2011 when they averaged at £650,093.
