Last year most property sales in Campden Hill involved flats which sold for on average £3,101,180. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £4,485,940, while semi-detached properties fetched £6,366,050.
Campden Hill, with an overall average price of £3,461,186 was more expensive than nearby Kensington (£2,599,250), Holland Park (£2,911,907) and South Kensington (£2,647,212).
During the last year, sold prices in Campden Hill were 12% up on the previous year and 13% up on 2015 when the average house price was £3,055,914.
