Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £347,940. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £207,944 and terraced properties averaged at £173,309.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £254,251 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£179,650) and Coven (£213,640), but was cheaper than Brewood (£349,048).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were 9% up on the year before and 12% up on 2014 when they averaged at £226,128.
