Most of the sales in Codsall over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £202,533. Detached properties had an average sold price of £352,896 and terraced properties averaged at £178,870.
Codsall, with an overall average price of £255,177 was more expensive than nearby Perton (£177,977) and Coven (£220,958), but was cheaper than Brewood (£349,179).
In the past year house prices in Codsall were 11% up on the year before and 13% up on 2014 when they averaged at £226,128.
