The majority of sales in Collier Row during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £349,796. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £377,834, with flats fetching £223,180.
Collier Row, with an overall average price of £350,625, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mawneys (£355,235), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£430,326) and Rise Park (£371,758).
Overall sold prices in Collier Row over the last year were similar to the previous year and 22% up on the 2015 level of £288,089.
