The majority of sales in Collier Row during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £351,891. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £375,970, with flats fetching £233,862.
Collier Row, with an overall average price of £350,981, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Mawneys (£347,591) and Rise Park (£366,900), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£422,023).
Overall sold prices in Collier Row over the last year were similar to the previous year and 6% up on the 2016 level of £329,740.
