Last year most property sales in Combe Down involved terraced properties which sold for on average £374,883. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £479,215, while detached properties fetched £712,176.
Combe Down, with an overall average price of £450,453, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bath Spa (£448,257), but was cheaper than Bath (£480,728) and Bathampton (£495,044).
During the last year, sold prices in Combe Down were similar to the previous year and 4% up on 2016 when the average house price was £433,793.
