The majority of sales in Corfe Mullen during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £394,857. Terraced properties sold for an average of £276,776, with semi-detached properties fetching £278,563.
Corfe Mullen, with an overall average price of £340,032, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Wimborne Minster (£346,294), but was more expensive than Creekmoor (£283,307) and cheaper than Broadstone (£386,922).
Overall sold prices in Corfe Mullen over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% up on the 2015 level of £302,420.
