Most of the sales in Coulsdon over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £515,138. Detached properties had an average sold price of £727,190 and flats averaged at £296,151.
Coulsdon, with an overall average price of £526,314, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Woodcote Grove (£535,039), but was more expensive than Netherne (£482,154) and Coulsdon North (£296,500).
In the past year house prices in Coulsdon were 8% up on the year before and 20% up on 2015 when they averaged at £436,799.
