Most of the sales in Cow Hill over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £357,612. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £174,700 and terraced properties averaged at £158,000.
Cow Hill, with an overall average price of £261,616 was more expensive than nearby Preston (£162,258) and Fulwood (£195,780), but was cheaper than Samlesbury (£375,000).
