The majority of sales in Cow Lane Bridge during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £113,891. Detached properties sold for an average of £178,335, with terraced properties fetching £90,192.
Cow Lane Bridge, with an overall average price of £120,861, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ferrybridge (£119,368), but was cheaper than Pontefract (£173,314) and Darrington (£277,312).
Overall sold prices in Cow Lane Bridge over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% up on the 2006 level of £115,217.
