Most of the sales in Cranham over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £509,285. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £402,514 and flats averaged at £276,063.
Cranham, with an overall average price of £474,776, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upminster Common (£471,433), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£444,759) and cheaper than Upminster (£518,372).
In the past year house prices in Cranham were 3% down on the year before and 14% up on 2015 when they averaged at £415,952.
