Most of the sales in Cranham over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £505,509. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £410,456 and flats averaged at £298,368.
Cranham, with an overall average price of £464,916, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upminster Common (£462,038), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£428,300) and cheaper than Upminster (£517,971).
In the past year house prices in Cranham were 4% down on the year before and 12% up on 2015 when they averaged at £415,952.
