Last year most property sales in Dollis Hill involved flats which sold for on average £377,486. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £513,735, while semi-detached properties fetched £708,808.

Dollis Hill, with an overall average price of £478,938, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Neasden (£463,069), but was cheaper than Cricklewood (£612,222) and Willesden Green (£641,164).

During the last year, sold prices in Dollis Hill were 4% down on the previous year and 7% up on 2015 when the average house price was £449,645.
