The majority of sales in Dronfield Woodhouse during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £330,400. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £206,022, with terraced properties fetching £162,417.
Dronfield Woodhouse, with an overall average price of £261,898 was more expensive than nearby Dronfield (£233,901) and Chesterfield (£175,125), but was cheaper than Grindleford (£292,750).
Overall sold prices in Dronfield Woodhouse over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% up on the 2015 level of £249,880.
