Most of the sales in Lower Row over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £611,092. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £363,667 and terraced properties averaged at £293,833.
Lower Row, with an overall average price of £496,375 was more expensive than nearby Wimborne (£385,568), Ferndown (£389,742) and Wimborne Minster (£345,012).
In the past year house prices in Lower Row were similar to the year before and 15% up on 2015 when they averaged at £430,573.
