Most of the sales in Marshalls Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £454,054. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £393,044 and detached properties averaged at £597,429.
Marshalls Park, with an overall average price of £434,404 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£351,335), Rise Park (£379,227) and Collier Row (£350,748).
