Last year most property sales in Newick involved detached properties which sold for on average £614,048. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £346,620, while terraced properties fetched £280,238.
Newick, with an overall average price of £461,325 was more expensive than nearby Uckfield (£327,121) and Maresfield (£431,883), but was cheaper than Plumpton Green (£561,938).
During the last year, sold prices in Newick were 11% down on the previous year and 11% down on 2014 when the average house price was £519,918.
