Last year most property sales in Newick involved detached properties which sold for on average £634,214. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £339,331, while terraced properties fetched £281,475.
Newick, with an overall average price of £494,171 was more expensive than nearby Uckfield (£336,283) and Maresfield (£386,654), but was cheaper than Plumpton Green (£552,118).
