Last year most property sales in Normanby involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £127,652. Detached properties sold for an average price of £233,803, while terraced properties fetched £91,894.
Normanby, with an overall average price of £140,374, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Ormesby (£134,454), but was more expensive than Eston (£103,981) and cheaper than Marton-In-Cleveland (£194,013).
During the last year, sold prices in Normanby were 5% down on the previous year and 15% down on 2013 when the average house price was £165,729.
