Last year most property sales in Normanby involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £131,582. Detached properties sold for an average price of £221,461, while terraced properties fetched £93,250.
Normanby, with an overall average price of £147,799 was more expensive than nearby Eston (£105,545) and Ormesby (£131,389), but was cheaper than Marton-In-Cleveland (£199,560).
During the last year, sold prices in Normanby were 4% up on the previous year and 11% down on 2013 when the average house price was £165,729.
