Most of the sales in Pendeulwyn over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £447,815. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £319,720 and terraced properties averaged at £264,238.
Pendeulwyn, with an overall average price of £399,803, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bonvilston (£385,000), but was more expensive than Llanharry (£186,405) and Hensol (£350,000).
In the past year house prices in Pendeulwyn were 6% up on the year before and 3% up on 2015 when they averaged at £388,921.
