Most of the sales in Rise Park over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £447,089. Flats had an average sold price of £219,897 and terraced properties averaged at £381,149.
Rise Park, with an overall average price of £376,557 was more expensive than nearby Romford (£350,675) and Mawneys (£350,025), but was cheaper than Marshalls Park (£432,585).
In the past year house prices in Rise Park were 13% up on the year before and 25% up on 2015 when they averaged at £301,524.
