The majority of sales in St Hilary during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £418,152. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £284,391, with terraced properties fetching £348,749.
St Hilary, with an overall average price of £378,747, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cowbridge (£381,248), but was cheaper than Llanblethian (£449,778) and Aberthin (£400,363).
Overall sold prices in St Hilary over the last year were similar to the previous year and 3% down on the 2015 level of £388,921.
