Most of the sales in Stamford Bridge over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £376,636. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £214,970 and terraced properties averaged at £221,972.
Stamford Bridge, with an overall average price of £300,297, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bubwith (£290,594), but was more expensive than Wilberfoss (£262,011) and Pocklington (£245,202).
In the past year house prices in Stamford Bridge were 5% up on the year before and 26% up on 2007 when they averaged at £238,299.
