Most of the sales in Sully over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £343,350. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £254,368 and flats averaged at £168,286.
Sully, with an overall average price of £287,215 was cheaper than nearby Dinas Powys (£304,063), Penarth (£314,832) and St Andrews Major (£625,000).
In the past year house prices in Sully were 11% up on the year before and 10% up on 2009 when they averaged at £260,910.
