Last year most property sales in Upminster Common involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £544,753. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £402,041, while flats fetched £288,130.
Upminster Common, with an overall average price of £471,380, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Cranham (£477,546), but was more expensive than Upminster Bridge (£436,259) and cheaper than Upminster (£520,197).
During the last year, sold prices in Upminster Common were 7% down on the previous year and similar to 2016 when the average house price was £469,820.
