Last year most property sales in Upney involved terraced properties which sold for on average £412,199. Flats sold for an average price of £226,389, while semi-detached properties fetched £459,875.
Upney, with an overall average price of £393,312, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Upney Lane Hospital (£390,283), but was more expensive than Faircross (£347,248) and Barking (£311,894).
During the last year, sold prices in Upney were similar to the previous year and 22% up on 2015 when the average house price was £323,576.
