Last year most property sales in Waterloo Port involved terraced properties which sold for on average £119,134. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £160,679, while detached properties fetched £250,233.
Waterloo Port, with an overall average price of £163,848, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Y Felinheli (£170,201) and Y Felinheli (£170,198), but was cheaper than Llanrug (£175,422).
During the last year, sold prices in Waterloo Port were 15% down on the previous year and 17% down on 2008 when the average house price was £196,245.
