The majority of sales in Wath-Upon-Dearne during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £133,379. Detached properties sold for an average of £220,911, with terraced properties fetching £92,475.
Wath-Upon-Dearne, with an overall average price of £145,449, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Swinton (£140,307), but was more expensive than Bolton-Upon-Dearne (£105,503) and Rawmarsh (£129,490).
Overall sold prices in Wath-Upon-Dearne over the last year were similar to the previous year and 5% down on the 2013 level of £153,452.
