Last year most property sales in West Wickham involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £588,785. Flats sold for an average price of £258,069, while detached properties fetched £781,817.
West Wickham, with an overall average price of £548,335, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Coney Hall (£523,337) and Hayes (£551,927), but was cheaper than Park Langley (£908,774).
During the last year, sold prices in West Wickham were similar to the previous year and 6% up on 2016 when the average house price was £517,075.
