Most of the sales in Wiveliscombe over the past year were terraced properties which on average sold for £210,027. Detached properties had an average sold price of £356,068 and flats averaged at £146,136.
Wiveliscombe, with an overall average price of £256,078 was more expensive than nearby Cotford St. Luke (£216,153) and Wellington (£217,603), but was cheaper than Bishops Lydeard (£275,191).
