Last year most property sales in Woodside Park involved flats which sold for on average £409,857. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £834,521, while terraced properties fetched £656,979.
Woodside Park, with an overall average price of £591,750, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Finchley (£601,814), but was more expensive than North Finchley (£558,692) and cheaper than Totteridge (£701,920).
During the last year, sold prices in Woodside Park were 5% down on the previous year and similar to 2016 when the average house price was £582,892.
