The majority of sales in Woolley Grange during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £138,619. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £158,505, with flats fetching £117,650.
Woolley Grange, with an overall average price of £162,525 was more expensive than nearby Barnsley (£137,361), but was cheaper than Wakefield (£192,944) and Cawthorne (£563,857).
Overall sold prices in Woolley Grange over the last year were 16% down on the previous year and 43% down on the 2006 level of £286,200.
