Last year most property sales in Woolwich involved flats which sold for on average £432,320. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £411,594, while semi-detached properties fetched £448,556.
Woolwich, with an overall average price of £429,713, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Plumstead (£440,305), but was more expensive than Shooters Hill (£403,284) and cheaper than Charlton (£459,045).
During the last year, sold prices in Woolwich were 11% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2016 when the average house price was £350,868.
