Our #InspirationWednesday today is Peterborough! Traditionally part of Northamptonshire but now classed as part of Cambridgeshire, Peterborough borders both areas, as well as Rutland and Lincolnshire, making it pretty central to the country.
A cathedral city, Peterborough has a lot of history and heritage – with 150 million year old marine reptile fossils residing here. You can find out more about the area’s interesting history at the Peterborough Museum, Sacrewell watermill, Burghley House, Flag Fen and Nene Valley Railway.
A bustling place to live, Peterborough offers a great mix of things to do – from nature reserves and boat trips to greyhound racing and theatres. A perfect place to bring up a family, this is also a great spot for professionals, with plenty of industry hubs within commutable distance.
