Explore this idyllic island for sale in the Bahamas…

If you’ve ever dreamed of owning your own private island surrounded by all the luxuries that paradise has to offer, the chances are your dream looked something like this.

These pictures aren’t a mirage, but in fact a remote idyllic island in the Bahamas – where crystal clear waters gently lap on white sandy beaches and tropical trees offer shade from glorious sunshine.

The residence, known as Little Pipe Cay, is on the market for an eye-watering £65million.

This beautiful island is located in a stunning part of the Exumas island chain, bursting with the most incredible natural beauty.

Rightmove’s property expert Miles Shipside said: “This highly exclusive home with its very own private island is a far cry from your average holiday home. It really does look like someone’s very own slice of paradise with its crystal-clear waters and breath-taking panoramic vistas. Little Pipe Cay really is the epitome of luxury.”

Little Pipe Cay is thought of as the jewel in the crown of the Bahamas, and it’s easy to see why.

A sea barn contains boats and water sports equipment and there are several hundred feet of dock frontage to accommodate small and large boats, with a deeper draft dock by the operations end of the island. There are a number of suitable surrounding locations to moor a super yacht.

The island is accessed directly by sea plane from the private Odyssey Terminal on New Providence, adjoining the International Airport at Nassau, where there are then commercial flights a day from Miami.

Private planes or charters can also land at Staniel Cay close by, where a short, but beautiful boat ride connects to the island.

Little Pipe Cay is around 70 miles from Nassau, 270 miles from Miami and 270 Miles from Palm Beach.

This property is listed for sale with Knight Frank.
