Transform your spare room!

Have you got a spare room? Many of us have one and most will let it become “extra storage”. Having an extra room in the home is a great boost to the value of your home, especially when used in the right way. Why waste a room by plonking lots of clutter in it?

Think about it, would you be more impressed with a 3 bedroom house with 1 bedroom being a storage room or with a 3 bedroom house with one bedroom being a home office? This extra room for many is a smaller one, which is why it ends up being a loose end in the home. But it doesn’t matter how big or small the space is, it can be used to create a more creative room where you can relax or even exercise.
