Rightmove report for agents shows every phone call answered or missed
We recently launched our Telephone Lead Report after a successful trial.
Our new Telephone Lead Report will tell you how many telephone leads you have received from Rightmove each week. This report will arrive in your inbox at the start of each week – Monday morning before 9am, to be exact! – enabling you to monitor the activity from the previous week.
This is available to any agent who uses a contact number assigned by Rightmove and shows you exactly when you received your leads. It also displays the number they called from, whether or not their call was answered and how long that call lasted.
Did you know that we provide free recording for all inbound telephone leads?
This is a great way of ensuring excellent customer service and making sure every lead is handled as quickly as possible.

Important changes to Rightmove assigned numbers
We will be making improvements to our Telephone Lead Tracking service which we provide as part of your membership. As a result you will benefit from the ability to identify a call from Rightmove more clearly and certain locations around the UK will have a more recognisable local number. For example, in London we will be able to supply 0208 instead of 0203 telephone numbers.
Over the next few months we will switch the current number shown on our website to the new number. This new number will automatically connect to your existing branch number, ensuring you won’t miss any calls from home movers.
If you have published your current Rightmove number on any marketing material including a Rightmove Local Homepage you will need to amend this, for more information please contact our customer services team.
