More than double the number of enquires are being sent to agents on Rightmove Students

Student lettings agents are receiving more than double the number of enquires than last year

Rightmove Students appears to be the smart choice for landlords, investors, student halls companies and letting agents. There has been an impressive 58% increase in the number of email enquiries from students and parents on Rightmove.

January saw a huge increase in the number of property views, student property searches, and email enquires compared to the same time in 2014.

Student properties were seen over 32 million times on Rightmove in January and over 167 million times over the whole of last year, that’s 3 times more than the previous year.
