Put your local area in the spotlight with the Home of Happy!
This month, as part of our Find your Happy campaign, we’ve launched a new social media hub, ‘ the home of happy’.
We know that everyone’s idea of ‘happy’ is unique, therefore the home of happy invites property fans to share and celebrate those little quirks that make them happy about living in their home or neighbourhood!
By tagging pictures of what makes them happy with special hashtags on their favourite social media sites, like Instagram, Twitter and Google+, entries will be submitted automatically to the home of happy and in to a draw to win one of a host of great prizes!
Get involved!
There are two ways to get involved:
#heresmyhappy
Share the attractions, like parks, cafés and quirks that makes your local area special. Take a snap and share it on your social media platform adding the hashtag #heresmyhappy.
#foundmyhappy
Once contracts are signed, urge your customers to celebrate their “wahoo, picked up the keys, it’s finally ours” moments using the hashtag #foundmyhappy on their social networks.
Why not also share the home of happy on your social networks encouraging your followers to take part. Ultimately all of the insights and photos in the hub will be able to enhance and compliment your own existing local knowledge. You can use the hub to show potential buyers why others fell in love with the area. And remember, everyone who takes part will be placed in the draw to win Amazon vouchers!
