We’ve replaced the Branch Performance report – where to go instead…
As you should be aware, we recently launched improved versions of our Property Performance report and Marketing report (formerly Client report). These give you a complete picture of how your properties or developments are performing on Rightmove. With the new reports in place, we’ve now retired the older Branch Performance report.
Where to go instead of the Branch Performance report
To help you find exactly what you’re looking for, we’ve produced a guide for you to download and keep handy. It gives you a row-by-row explanation of where to find the information you might’ve previously accessed via the Branch Performance report.
What other reports are available?
Depending on what you’re looking to measure, the following reports have been designed to help you.
How many leads am I getting?
Use the Email Lead and Telephone Lead reports in Rightmove Plus to see detail of all the emails and calls you’ve received on the back of your Rightmove listings. You’ll find them under the ‘Reports’ menu in Rightmove Plus.
How much interest are my Rightmove listings getting?
The Property Performance report gives you the full picture on how many views your developments or properties are getting and how that’s changing over time. Performance is benchmarked against properties appearing in a similar search and your branch average. Watch the video below to find out more.
Where have Click Through Rate and Summary Views gone?
Following changes in user behaviour on Rightmove, we’ve moved away from using Click Through Rate and Summary Views to instead using Detail Views as the most accurate way to measure the success of your listings. Watch the quick video below for a full explanation.
