Property Academy launches Best Estate Agent Guide
Following an assessment of over 26,000 estate and letting agents, the Best Estate Agent Guide 2018 has launched in the UK. Founder of the new guide Peter Knight explains here how it could help you whether you’re buying, selling or renting a home. Over the past six months we’ve been working on an ambitious study to create our list of the most highly rated, excellent and exceptional agents around the UK.
Rightmove is a supporting partner of the guide, and their team helped us with the first stage of the study by analysing the performance of 3 billion property views, 50 million enquiries from home-movers and 3 million sales and lettings transactions, and providing us with a shortlist of agents. We then mystery shopped these agents to determine the top performing agents around the UK.
The top agents were scored based on how well they performed in their mystery shop, and are split into three categories: Highly rated, excellent and exceptional.
