This week we revealed the happiest places to live in Britain for 2017, following a survey of over 17,000 people across the country.
To celebrate the release of these results we’ve picked our choice for a dream home from each of the top five areas for your enjoyment.
5) Tunbridge Wells – Cherry Hills
We’ve chosen this gorgeous architecturally designed property on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells as our property pick for the fifth happiest place.

3) Wirral – Gayton Hall
It won’t be a surprise to see why we chose Gayton Hall as our dream home pick in the third ranking happiest place to live, Wirral. You only have to look at the property from the exterior to be in awe of the design and style of the home and its gardens.
