Rightmove recently introduced a sellers advice page giving sellers the opportunity to share their selling stories and tips with each other. Since its launch a month ago, 170,000 current and potential sellers have flocked to the sellers advice page.
New London sellers coming to market in August reduced their asking prices by an average of 3.4%. This leaves prices over ÂŁ20,000 (4.7%) down from the record high that was seen as recently as two months ago.
New sellers’ asking prices in August dropped by 2.1% over the past month, a year-on-year fall of 0.3%, to leave the average asking price for a property in the UK at £231,543.
