In news that may interest those looking for Costa del Sol property, more bargains have been announced in the region.

Propertyinspain.net has revealed that sea view apartments in the golf valley with two beds and two bathrooms are available for €250,000 (£211,000) each, a reduction on their original prices of €100,000.

The properties, which are new builds and carry a ten-year construction guarantee, are located very near to Puerto Banas and Marbella, the firm noted, with other facilities and attractions close at hand.

Spokesman for the company Kevin Barnett said: "This is a chance for investors to grab a genuine bargain in one of the best parts of the Costa."
