New flight offers from AirTran Airways make it possible to reach property in Florida from other US states.

Fares are based on one-way travel, meaning no obligation to book a round trip – and no overnight stay in Florida need be booked to qualify for the special prices.

Meanwhile, the prices apply to travel in either direction, potentially allowing travellers to arrive in Florida from one state and depart towards another.

The offer’s lowest fares are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, making the start of the week the cheapest time to travel.

Alternatively, a Sunday stopover could let the Saturday flights be used to arrive and the Monday journeys used to depart.

Figures from tourism organisation Visit Florida show that the majority of arrivals into the sunshine state are by air, accounting for 54 per cent of all tourist visitors.
