A smiley face of record-breaking proportions was created with the help of UK visitors to property in Florida this month.
On October 1st, travellers from the UK, US, Germany, Brazil and Canada were among those who congregated on the top deck of the Amway Center mega arena car park.
Their mission was to create the biggest smiley face – in the style of the iconic yellow and black T-shirt design – ever achieved.
With 500 participants wearing black or yellow ponchos, they succeeded in representing a smiley face the size of a basketball court.
For ten minutes, the 50-foot smile remained in place in honour of World Smile Day, raising awareness of children with cleft lips or palates.
Couples planning ahead for a romantic break to property in Florida in February 2011 might want to head to Farris and Foster's Chocolatier in Baldwin Park.
This Willy Wonka-style chocolate factory is sure to put a smile on people's faces with its waterfalls and streams of milk, white and dark chocolate.
