Vilamoura, Portugal

Often dubbed the Costa del Golf and boasting more than 70 courses, the Costa del Sol has the highest concentration of golf courses anywhere in Europe. With short nine-hole courses ideal for beginners to exquisite championship courses regularly picked to host Masters and Ryder Cup tournaments, such as Valderrama, there really is something to suit all level of golfer in this part of Spain.

Ideally located between the charming village of Benahavís and Puerto Banús, Los Arqueros Country Club is home to the first course designed by Seve Ballesteros. Its 18 exciting holes meander through the verdant, undulating landscape that forms a picturesque backdrop to the dazzling coastline of the  Costa del Sol.
