People heading to property in Florida might want to make sure they pack wisely for a summer in the Sunshine State.

However, for men, comfort is just as much of a concern – particularly during summer when weather is likely to be warmer.

For anyone heading to property in Florida, his observations could be of particular interest, with the state named for its glorious weather.

"Do yourself a favour by packing light materials that you know you’ll feel comfortable in," he says.

"Cotton and silk both work well in the heat."

Light fabrics are also convenient for travellers as they do not take up as much space in luggage, he adds.
