Lancet Place has been a very special family home which we hope another family will enjoy just as much. When we bought the property we renovated it so as to modernise it while keeping its original charm.
It has been a wonderful family home for nearly 20 years, with us enjoying the magnificent garden where we have celebrated weddings, christenings, Easter egg hunts and many summer BBQs. The grandchildren had lots of fun spending summers in the garden.
In the winter the house is just as lovely especially at Christmas time with a roaring fire to welcome you in the hall. We love the location as it’s so close to loose village and some nice walks but also within easy reach to good schools and town. The house gave us many treasured memories and is ready to do the same for the next owner.
