We have enjoyed being part of a thriving community, attending the annual Fun Run, Village Fete, Christmas Carols around the monument, school nativity, and much much more. Both our children have been educated at the Ofsted Outstanding local schools, however now our children have left home to attend University and College it is time for us to move on and allow another family to enjoy this great home in a fantastic village. Our house has been a very happy home for 15 years. We have undertaken extensive renovations over those years to ensure the house is as spacious as possible. We have particularly enjoyed the kitchen diner which allows for entertaining and family meals. We have enjoyed the peace and tranquillity that the location, overlooking the Grosvenor owned fields, allows. Coupled with Waverton’s close proximity to Chester, and major motorway networks, living here has been perfect.
