Tenancy Agreement
  • Home Manual: The Home Manual to be supplied would be integrated into the terms of the Tenancy agreement. 
  • Number of Tenants: While Tenancy Details below specify a maximum of 2 tenants, this would obviously allow, say, 2 parents and 2 children. Please discuss. If there are more than one adult tenants they would be jointly and severally liable under one Tenancy Agreement.
  • Guarantor: There is no need for a guarantor.
  • Termination: To terminate the tenancy agreement either Landlord or tenant would need to give at least 2 months notice of termination expiring on or after the expiry of the initial 12 month term.
